CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
The registration fee includes Wednesday and Thursday Evening Cocktail Parties, Thursday and Friday breakfasts, breaks, lunches, all sessions, welcome gift bag, documentation materials provided by speakers and several opportunities during the conference to win 1,000 euro cash draws - must be present in the Exhibit Hall to win. You must pre-register for Think Tanks (below) at time of registration.
REGISTRATION FEE
Register by 31 May: 1,395 euros + 20% V.A.T.
Register after 31 May: 1,595 euros + 20% V.A.T.
DRESS CODE
Dress for all conference events is “smart casual”.
THINK TANK SESSIONS REGISTRATION
Upon registering for the conference you MUST register for your choice of "Think Tank" sessions. Click here for the Think Tank Registration Form.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you be unable to attend, a prompt refund (not including V.A.T.) less an administrative charge of 195 euros will be made for cancellations received in writing before 30 September 2008. No refunds will be made thereafter. Credit vouchers may be applied to any future International Hotel Conference. Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours in advance of the conference. The programme and individual speakers are subject to change without notice.
SPOUSE REGISTRATION:
Separate registration fee: 200 euros + 10% V.A.T.
Please register my spouse for all International Hotel Conference 2008 social events including breakfasts, lunch and cocktail parties on Wednesday evening through Friday, 15-17 October. Spouse attendance is limited to cocktail parties, refreshment breaks and luncheons.
HOTEL REGISTRATION
The venue for the International Hotel Conference 2008 is the spectacular 5 star Rome Cavalieri Hilton Resort and Spa, situated on 15 acres on a hilltop overlooking the Eternal City and only 35 km/ 20 miles from the Leonardo da Vinci airport. Arrangements have been made with Rome Cavalieri Hilton for participants of the International Hotel Conference to receive a preferred rate starting at 361 euros/night (+10% V.AT.). You MUST have a prior reservation for the conference and register for your room by 30 September 2008 to receive this preferred rate.
